Steeped in tradition and inspired by global flavors, everything on our menu is made in-house and has earned us three Michelin Bib Gourmand Awards. The real fire behind Federalist Pig is our small crew of hardworking folks who care about what they do. In order to form a perfect BBQ, the Federalist Pig is determined to bring all the best flavors together. Our menu is a walk around the country — and the world. We’re paying homage to the American Southern traditions that first inspired us, and the global traditions that made us curious.


We’ve got fan favorites- ribs, wings, brisket, sausage, creative sandwiches- but you can also treat yourself and others to any of our Limited Time Only Catering Packages, dropping at special Holiday times throughout the year or when inspiration calls.

We’re a place where people of all preferences — vegan, carnivore, refined, or rough — can sit down with a plate of delicious, made-for-them BBQ and experience something true — the power of BBQ to bring people together.
